The price of electricity varies greatly depending on the country. From a financial and environmental perspective, it makes sense to charge an e-truck overnight at its home location. This is why local prices are usually applied. In this case, the price is calculated by multiplying the charged capacity in kilowatt hours (kWh) by the electricity price per kWh.
It can be assumed that fleet customers, for example, will very quickly have access to discounted electricity tariffs for industrial customers.
